Unable to find APEMAP APP in Android store NL and A

I have installed APEMAP desktop but I am unable to get APEMAP from Android Market in Austria and The Netherlands.

Can someone email me APP ==> gerritjanschepers@gmail.com

Phone is Nexus S (Google/Samsung)
